It’s been a big year—certainly not like many imagined it would go. Nonetheless, we’ve been up to big things just like our community; here’s what we’ve learned from both our inheritor and female leader clients (scroll down for offerings for both in 2022).
Some highlights of 2021 include connecting deeply with our community, and having conversations during which our clients said things like, “I can’t believe I’m in a room where I can talk about these things. I had no idea other women felt the same way I do!”
Whether these clients are from a family of wealth or are women working in male-dominated fields, we all know this year has been tough. I know—we’ve talked endlessly about the pandemic—but no one is talking about the collective exhaustion and stress that comes from the sheer uncertainty surrounding it. Is the pandemic over? Will I go back to work soon? When will it feel normal again? Will 2022 be any different?
These are big questions—and ones that don’t have simple answers; but one thing we know is that our clients value learning tools that:
- Help them feel confident in their choices,
- Build resilience in stressful situations, and
- Grow themselves as leaders and contributors.
One size fits all is not an approach that works for everyone, but we always come to our clients with good questions to see what is underneath. And these questions are usually ones they’re not asking themselves—hence the breakthrough moments of clarity and “Ahas!” that we hear all the time (and to be honest, this is why we do what we do).

The World Wide Women’s Council, or W3C, is for participants who identify as female, are over the age of 35, and are members of complex family owned/controlled businesses worldwide. These women are seeking to prepare themselves as future beneficiaries/heirs and/or to participate actively in the family business.
This joint venture with Perpetum Family Office was created with a spirit of global mindedness, collaboration, and community. We’ve created a unique space for our members to share their experiences, connect, learn, crowdsource solutions, and guide each other.
