A six month, leadership development + coaching experience with an intimate group of up to 6 women covering Wellth Works' Signature Four C's: Clarity, Confidence, Communication, and Connection

Programs start every spring and fall.

Small Group
Coaching

  • Two 1.5 hour group coaching sessions per month where leadership, goal setting, and accountability content is delivered.
  • One individual coaching session per month for your specific needs.

Personalized
Connection

  • Cohort groups are personally selected and screened to have a maximum of 4-6 women in each group. You get customized support and connection between the facilitators and other members.

Weekly
Check-ins

  • Stay on track with facilitator weekly text support and an optional accountability buddy within the group to help you with any setbacks and celebrations.

Clear
Deliverables

  • Your own personalized leadership assessment, Wellthy Life Action Plan, with specific goals and action steps needed to make this next 6 months the biggest opportunity of your life.
  • A 2021 Roadmap for your growth after the cohort completes.

The Six Month Overview

Month 1:
Clarity, Identity + Purpose

 
  • We’ll answer questions together like: Who am I, and Who am I meant to be?
  • How do I find my own path, when my parent’s have laid out the vision for me?
  • How will I ever live up to the success of my family?

Month 2:
Communication + Complex Family Systems

 
  • We’ll help you articulate your goals and get clear on the biggest vision for your life – and then effectively communicate to the people most important to you.
  • Learn Listening and Communication tools that will allow you to be heard in the boardroom, as a leader in your foundation, and/or in your family system.

Month 3:
Money + Uncertainty


 
  • We’ll unpack your money stories to give you an empowering framework to be a good steward of wealth, even when you have no idea about your family’s situation.
  • We’ll go over the skills and tools you need to be financially savvy: think financial literacy 101 but specifically for you + your circumstances as a future inheritor.

Month 4:
Confidence + Leadership

 

  • Learn the four critical components to developing executive function.
  • Answer questions like: What are my boundaries and how do I uphold them?
  • How do I advocate for myself and show up more powerfully as a leader?

Month 5:
Mindset – Manage Resistance + Get Unstuck

 
  • Uncover the “real” reasons you won’t ask for help, and tools to breakthrough.
  • Learn new roadblock navigation tools to quickly get unstuck, anytime, anywhere.
  • Overcome resistance, procrastination, and self-sabotaging behaviors that help you get ahead.

Month 6:
Connection + Contribution

 
 
  • Leverage your personal network in a way that’s authentic to you.
  • Discover how to develop an authentic and aligned support system, without having to hide parts of yourself.
  • Recognize the impact that you, personally, can make in this world, and develop a plan to execute.

Meet Michelle and Ella

We are inheritors and trained executive coaches obsessed with helping people achieve new heights in their career, get clear on their worth, and develop their voice and confidence to go after what they *really* want (hint, hint: this may require taking big leaps!).

You've got questions, we've got answers!

What is coaching?

Coaching is a process where we look together at the future you want to create and help you break that down into micro-steps to get you there.  We use powerful questions to help unearth the answers from within you – we promise they are there waiting to be heard. Why coaching is so effective in achieving peak performance is because our minds are on a tape, replaying the same thoughts over and over again. With our partnership we will help you ask new questions so you can get new answers!    

Do I already have to know my goals to get started? I feel lost and don’t know where to begin...

Our process works whether you are starting from scratch or already have a few ideas – we will walk you through exercises step-by-step to get you clarity and then momentum.  The only thing you need to get started is a desire to make this opportunity, this moment, this life, count for something more!  

How is my group formed? Do I have to create one myself?

We will handpick your cohort to include women who will inspire, support and help you achieve your potential.  While you don’t need to do anything, if you want to bring a friend along on this journey to maximize your results and accountability, let us know!  The groups will intentionally connect you with people in different industries and different areas so you can build your network and learn from other leaders!  

I have the tools, and I can do it on my own. Why should I join this program now?

Let’s face it – as it goes with most things in life – yes you have the tools, and yes you can do it on your own, but if you’re anything like 95% of our clients, you need the support and accountability to make it happen.  How many times have you quit on yourself before? We won’t let that happen on our watch 🙂  

When does this program start? What is the time commitment?

We launch a new cohort of LAUNCH every spring and fall.  We’re happy to work with you on the right timeframe to get started. 

Our clients find that the level of their energy commitment invested during the program directly correlates to their return. However, the minimum required commitment is 5 hours per month.

How is this different from a self-help book or online course?

Think about the last time you started a course or read a self-help book: it was great while it lasted–you may have had a few ‘aha’ moments, but when you put it down, you never thought about it again or implemented all their suggestions. 

We help you develop tools that you can utilize daily, and provide the structure and accountability to help you not “forget” until its a deeply ingrained habit…kinda like riding a bike.

I may have to miss a few sessions. Are the calls recorded?

Yes, we will record all of the group sessions for you to be present during the sessions and go back and find nuggets of wisdom after the call. For the integrity of the program, we ask that you miss no more than two of the 12 group calls. Your team needs you!
