About Wellth Works

Michelle and Ella started Wellth Works in 2017 after jumping off a boat in Croatia, and bonding over their successful corporate careers and their similar family business backgrounds.

Both Michelle and Ella wear two hats: multi-generational family business members and successful executives (outside their family industries).

They built Wellth Works to serve you in all aspects of leadership. They love working with rising generation family members who are navigating the complexities of inheritance, wealth transfer, and being a leader in their family business and family office.

We believe that the future of leadership desperately needs more voices like yours.

My mission is to help next-gen leaders grow their confidence, executive presence, and communication skills to help launch a world where you are defined by more than just your family name.

Before launching Wellth Works, I advised world leaders on economic policy at the World Bank and Treasury Department. I’ve dined in the homes of foreign heads of state, and negotiated the resolution of banking sector crisis throughout the world.

My mission is to cultivate and develop authentic leaders, showing rising leaders a way to create authentic, self defined impact, not matter the success of those who came before.

Before launching Wellth Works, I spent a decade in sales consulting Fortune 200 companies and private enterprises on disaster recovery and business continuity strategy via emerging technology platforms (think about the “cloud” before it was commonplace). In my tenure I closed over $1 Billion in sales.

Addicted to coffee and always searching for the perfect ratio of coffee to milk, last found best in Addis Ababa Ethiopia.

Most happy, in, on, or under water: sailing, scuba- diving, or beachside with a good book.

Huge live music fan, down for a raspy soulful blues singer any day.

Secret introvert, recharges alone in solitude and under a Bearby weighted blanket.
